01. About
I design, build and run business systems from the database up: ERP platforms, data warehouses, REST APIs, integrations and the cloud they run on.
I started in quality management and business analysis, which is why I begin with the business problem before I pick a technology. Since then I've spent more than two decades leading ERP, data warehouse and planning implementations, and I still write production code every week.
Lately my focus is AI. I've designed and built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server stack that puts large language models directly inside an ERP client, and I use AI throughout my own development pipeline so a small team can ship like a much larger one.

Quality & operations roots
Ran quality systems and ISO 9002 certification, then managed logistics for 12 warehouses, 50 staff and $450M of inventory a year. That's where the process thinking I still use comes from.
